Terms & Conditions


  • Refunds will be issued as Rinkink credit, in the form of an electronic shopping voucher.
  • Please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with the items i.e. the item was damaged during transit, the wrong item was sent to you or in the event that the item is faulty.
  • We will send you a Return and Replacement Form, for you to complete and return to us.
  • If your claim is valid, you will receive a Rinkink credit or alternatively we will replace the item.
  • Should the product need to be returned, we will send our courier to collect the item at no cost to you.
  • Once the return has been received, we will take a look at the item and will send you an update and feedback regarding your replacement.
  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or we will refund you the cost of the item in Rinkink credit.
  • We can cancel an order for which we have received payment, when items are out of stock and will refund the full amount within 14 days.
  • Voluntary cancellation of an order will incur a 10% administration fee on the refund if the cancellation is made prior to shipping.
  • Once the package leave our premises no cancellations will be accepted.
